For Ash. J - To love somebody...the way i love you...

Sometimes decisions are hard to make, especially those regarding matters of the heart. In truth and religion, we learn that we ought to love one another as Christ himself loves us. Enough to lay down His life on the Cross for us. Even if it means getting hurt. To hurt in love is painful, almost too emotional to feel any physical pain. How else could Christ endure all those beatings for hours and didn't die till on the cross? The physical pain was nothing, He could bare it, for the sake of our sins.

Love is like that really-  unconditional, painful...yes painful. Because we have to watch the one we love sick sometimes, because we never knew of a loneliness till we really fell in love, because we endure the pain of missing a loved one, sometimes simply because we love and we are not loved in return...yeah...like Christ. And that's an even greater pain - to love and not know what it is like to really be loved. to have so much to offer and have no one to offer it to. But Jesus offered it anyway. They didn't want His love, they didn't even want to hear of His love, but he gave it anyway.

Whichever type of love may it be, there will be a reward, just because. Love remains patient, kind, enduring, long suffering. In physical love, your heart knows your true love, that moment when minds, bodies, spirits and souls connect. Fingers will be entwined and your emotions locked in each other's hearts for a long, long, long time. And that first kiss will linger on through infinity and beyond. I know! It sounds far-fetched doesn't it? But that's a pure heart in everlasting love. And you will know...your heart will know.

Sometimes, the one we love doesn't know because we are afraid of hurt, of rejection, of disappointment, of sarcasm,of ridicule. But our heart loves anyway. Love is the greatest of all emotions. and love...endures all things. Christ will return, because He loves us. So too, will our love be rewarded, just because we love. However, be cautious, not to look for that reward.

As for spiritual love- oh my!!!! What a love! Love that cannot be compared to no other. A love that stretches across set borders and a love so strong to break down any barriers. The love of a Father, A Holy Mother!!! 'Oh the love of my Lord, deep within my being!'

The greatest commandment of all is that we love, as Christ loves.

I love you...
